never actually true and here's where it gets really deep good and bad pleasure

and pain happy and sad that's not reality that's perception the same

moment that can break one person can literally build a warrior so the question

isn't what's happening to me it's what meaning am I actually giving all of this

because your intention is always what shapes the outcome and if your

intention is to stay safe to stay liked to stay accepted you will keep shrinking

even when life is demanding you to grow this is why people never break true they

never break free not because they can't because they won't risk being

misunderstood and if you want to break free you have to be willing to do what's
