Legal Challenges Against COVID Vaccines

These countermeasures, the mRNA shots, were deployed under

military law and bypassed standard pharmaceutical

safeguards. This renders them legally and functionally indistinguishable from

potential biochemical weapons.

In 1985, I called

for and then drafted the United

States domestic implementing legislation for the

Biological Weapons Convention that was known, and

is still known, on the books today

as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of

1989.

Dr. Boyle's view was that the injections lacked the

peaceful justification because they delivered material from what he considered

an

offensive biowarfare weapon with gain-of-function properties through

mRNA and nanoparticle technology that was developed and financed by

the Pentagon and DARPA.

DARPA awards Moderna Therapeutics a grant for up

to $25 million to develop

messenger RNA therapeutics. DARPA is the

Pentagon. The Pentagon bought, paid for,

envisioned this mRNA technology

that is behind all these, uh, Franken-shots.

It is my professional opinion, based on my training and decades

of applied research in the industry, that a person

designing these mRNA or gene-based

products would expect them to harm the recipients.

I don't think there's any other outcome that would be reasonably expected.

I certainly would expect that.

I would say that I would describe them as poison.

When the pandemic happened, I knew immediately what it was.

I knew immediately that this was going to entail a major

effort to lower life expectancy.

The product meets the statutory definition of a biological

product used as a countermeasure for non-medicinal,

unapproved purposes. And given the evidence of systematic

adulteration and misbranding, the correct classification, in my opinion,

is a weaponizable dual-use biochemical countermeasure,

and it's not a regulated medicine.

Given that this is, in reality, a biological weapon, it is

clear that my client's health was damaged, constituting

personal injury. Death is the effect of a biological

weapon.

This is currently the most important lawsuit of its kind in the world,

in which powerful individuals are being held directly accountable.

The narrative is officially on trial, and the evidence now on

record asserts that the COVID injections are

legally and functionally indistinguishable from

bioweapons.
