The man wanted by the Yemeni state, Aidarus al- Zoubaidi, was smuggled through

a sea vessel connected to the Emirates.

He was transferred to a port under the authority of a

secessionist entity from the state of Somalia and linked

to the state of the Emirates. An Emirati military commander oversaw the

smuggling operation. He was transported on an Emirati cargo plane,

similar ones of which were used in areas financing conflicts in Libya, Ethiopia,

and Somalia. The coalition forces’ statement describes what happened as an

Emirati operation

through and through, from beginning to end, in a direct accusation of the moves

of the Abu Dhabi government despite its announcement

that it withdrew of its own free will.

And what did the statement of the Foreign Ministry in Riyadh say on the day the

Emirati forces were expelled from Yemen on the thirtieth of December?

That the Emirates must halt any support, military or financial,

to any party whatsoever

inside Yemen. And today Aidarus is in Abu Dhabi under the sponsorship of the

Emirati state and represents its view on the crisis and its political direction.
