Discussion on Football Transfers and Decisions
that Barcelona and any team in the world will want him and will want to pay whatever it takes
because he has a good layoff, he has good movement between the center-backs
he helps a lot defensively by running between the center-backs
he's going to have wingers who provide him with many assists, many balls
he's a fast player with power
but I also say that when you declare at that moment wanting to step aside
for a change, I had the same possibility when I was at Liverpool
when I declared that I wanted to go to Arsenal in 2013
and the captain came, Gerrard came at that moment
because Arsenal played in the Champions League and Liverpool didn't, I wanted to leave, I wanted to play in the Champions League
and Gerrard came and convinced me to stay here because this year you can't go to Arsenal
Because if you have a great year, and we're going to have one, we'll help you
and the coach and the club and everyone, you'll be able to go to Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich
wherever you want, you'll decide, but this year, stay here
He convinced me. I went out to apologize at that moment because my statements hadn't been good
I gave my all to Liverpool, and after two or three games, the people already loved me
and it was my best season at Liverpool. What I'm getting at with that
is that just like what happened with Julián, Cholo, the people, or whoever, can
convince him that this year can be Atlético's year
He could stay. Football is very unpredictable, you never know
or maybe Julián stands his ground and says, 'That's it, it's my decision,' but it's up to each individual
Of course, of course, well, take note at Atlético of what happened to Luis Suárez
what Luis said and what happened to Luis afterwards
