Discussion on Gaza and Yemen Conflicts

This is the siege of the Gaza Strip.

May God protect us.

This is the Houthi siege of Taiz. Israel destroys homes

of Muslims, and the Houthis also

destroy Muslims' homes in Yemen.

Our brother Fares, may God guide him,

spoke about Yemen and the siege of Taiz.

He compared Yemenis to Jews, God help us.

First, he wanted to discuss the siege of Taiz,

though he is ignorant of what is really happening,

while the government media in Sana'a

kept insisting that all roads leading to

Taiz from the Sana'a side are

open and there is no siege,

to the extent that even the minister

of information himself stated so.

More astonishingly,

the Saudi media itself and its followers

kept admitting that they are

besieging Taiz from within.

They even wrote the names of the roads they

closed before the world, meaning they say,

“We are officially besieging Taiz.”

Journalist Osama Al- Farran prepared

a twelve- minute clip from inside Taiz,

among the citizens, and showed

that the roads are open from the side of the

Yemeni government in Sana'a and closed by

Saudi gangs in Taiz,

but our brother Fares besieges Taiz from

Jordan and insists that Sana'a is under siege.

God help us.

Then our brother Fares compares

Yemenis to Jews on the pretext that

he is criticizing the Houthis,

even though there is no such thing as Houthis.

There is a Yemeni people,

a government in Sana'a,

and a group of militias living in hotels

in Riyadh. This is an absolute fact he overlooks,

and 80 percent of

Yemenis are under the care of the Sana'a government.

Our brother Fares, may God guide him, insulted

all Yemenis when he compared them to Jews.

God help us.

And you, my viewer brother,

imagine the Jordanian government has

normalized relations with Jews since

1994. Is it right to say that all Jordanian Hashemites

are like Jews because the government

has normalized relations?

Let us ask the Quran what it thinks.

Then, when our brother Fares spoke about the siege,

he should have spoken when

the sky was raining down

missiles and internationally

banned bombs on us for a full decade, until

Aside from his talk about menstruation and postpartum bleeding,

the Saudi air force did not

discriminate among Yemenis

of all sects and denominations.

Where were you, Faris, during the eight- year siege

of fifty

million Yemenis,

struck by 274,000 air raids?

Then you speak of

killing children, women’s suffering,

and bombing mosques and hospitals. How strange!

Let us assume, for argument’s sake,

that Sana’a did that.

So where were you regarding 4,143

children and millions of women?

Where were you regarding 1,811

mosques destroyed by the Saudi coalition?

Where were you when 429

hospitals and healthcare

facilities were bombed?

And where were you when 616,661

homes were demolished with their residents inside,

from all sects

and denominations? And this

is the toll of only eight years,

while the siege has continued for 12

years to this moment. God is our help.

And if you were fair, you should have

spoken about the moral corruption

in the Land of the Two Holy Mosques,

but your eyes have been blinded.

Finally, I do not like discussing sectarianism,

for there are only Muslims and unbelievers, but if

the polytheistic Magi Shiites alone,

among a billion and a half Sunnis,

strike the Blue, consider them an enemy,

and support the oppressed through actions,

not condemnation,

then we Arabs, Fares, would have been more

deserving of this honor

that we did not attain.

God is the One whose help is sought.
