This forum is of utmost importance, pivotal, strategic, critical, and precise.

Why? Because it discusses the future issues of mining.

We do not consider this forum to be just empty talk

where we just talk about mining issues,

but we want this important, historic forum to bring about a qualitative shift

in this important country and the economy of this great nation, and to yield specific recommendations

that are clear, actionable, and within specific timeframes.

So yes, this forum is qualitative in its form and substance.

We may listen to many interventions,

but at the forefront of these recommendations that we expect this forum to produce...

It is the necessity of coordination between the center and the states in all mining issues, foremost of which are policies, laws, procedures, and technical arrangements

political, financial, and technical.

I mean, the top priority we expect this conference to produce is close coordination in the field of policies and laws.

Without that, I believe all arrangements that do not address the policy and legal aspects are meaningless.

Another issue at the top of this forum's priorities

is artisanal mining and the need to regulate it—not just regulating artisanal mining, but presenting artisanal mining in a way that ensures the protection of the state, citizens, miners, and foremost, the environment itself.

Because now, the dangers surrounding artisanal mining

have turned it from a great national blessing into a major ordeal. Let us speak with the utmost clarity and honesty.

The time has come to regulate the artisanal mining process and put an end to the laxity, encroachments, and major legal and environmental violations, which...

If it continues like this, a major disaster will occur in this great country

So, the issue of artisanal mining

If we dedicate this seminar and forum to it, and focus only on presenting artisanal mining and its related activities to provide a great national service to this great country

Coming directly after this priority is

the comprehensive geological survey, this major project which will bring about a major economic shift, attracting local and foreign investments

I hope this session dedicates a large space to the geological survey, whose early signs have begun to appear after we held a major seminar and an important event in cooperation with the Ministry of Minerals

Social responsibility—we talk a lot about social responsibility, but if social responsibility is not

a productive social responsibility, then it is meaningless

I notice throughout the day, and we spoke in depth in the Cabinet about social responsibility, but in all honesty, social responsibility is managed improperly, and I say in all honesty, in a chaotic manner.

Therefore, we must transform this social responsibility from a process of managing irregular courtesies into a productive social responsibility.

And any feature related to this seminar and this forum that is not productive is meaningless.
