is not just thinking about the ocean itself, but is engineering a strategic corridor

called the Blue Line. Imagine with me the major trade routes

that used to go through a complex route. Today, Morocco is opening

a direct route connecting the port of Dakhla on the Atlantic Ocean

all the way to the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait, the Red Sea, and the Indian Ocean. This means

that we are connecting West to East with real security and stability, and the most prominent strength of the project

and comparing it to competitors, which is not true, but rather a response to a genuine desire

from the beloved African Sahel countries, such as Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, and Chad,

Ethiopia, and Central Africa, to support the royal initiative, which is the only and safest gateway

to access the Atlantic coast, the Red Sea, and the Indian Ocean. To understand the value of this,

compare it to the Chinese Silk Road. Yes, our project constitutes a strategic line

that is parallel and strong, with great international support and integration, and this means only one thing:

the success of this project is a million percent guaranteed. Finally,

brothers, Morocco today proves through action and subsequent steps

that it is not only defending its territorial integrity,

but is also a locomotive for development and stability across the entire African continent.
