But sometimes

it turns out that there is another kind of guest,

members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps. They are not tourists,

not even under their real names.

With forged documents and fake identities,

they arrive in Lebanon and try to hide among civilians.

But the truth is simpler than that. The presence of the Iranian

Revolutionary Guard Corps in Lebanon does not protect the state,

it actually exposes it and its residents to danger.

And it turns Lebanon into yet another arena for the Iranian regime. In recent days,

a number of senior IRGC operatives have indeed been eliminated. They chose to

go on hiding

and not to take advantage of the opportunity they were given to leave Lebanon.

The message is clear: whoever thinks

that a fake identity and a hotel room will provide him with a haven is mistaken.

The Israel Defense Forces will continue to pursue the

terror operatives affiliated with the Iranian regime wherever they try to hide.
