constituency, Kashi, is also considered an eternal and timeless city.

When two civilizations meet, the conversation is not limited to just the agenda.

In this, the depth of history, the vision for the future, and the ease of

friendship are all visible together.

I am happy that, while upgrading our relations,

we are announcing a Special Strategic Partnership.

We will move forward on the principle of" Design and Develop in India and Italy,

and deliver for the world." India's view is clear that the solution to

all problems must be found through dialogue and diplomacy.

Glimpses of our historical, cultural, and people- to- people ties are visible at

every step in both countries. This shows that our relationship

is not just about diplomacy, but of a shared heritage.

For honoring me with the Agricola Medal, I express my heartfelt gratitude to

the Director- General of FAO. This is not just an honor for me, it is also an honor

for India's unwavering commitment at the center of which are human welfare,

food security, and sustainable development.

With the utmost humility, I dedicate this

medal to the farmers of India.
