Saudi Mediation Efforts in Yemen Conflict

Of course, at first Saudi Arabia went to

Tehran to mediate with the Sanaa government

for a one-month truce, but it refused. Then

they said two weeks, Sanaa refused, refused

because Sanaa's demands are to end

the war and end the blockade by

both sides. Therefore, the previous Iranian mediation

failed. I think this mediation will fail.

Why? Because the Saudi leadership denies reality.

Note that the Saudi leadership mobilized a broad

international military coalition and is leading it

in the aggression against Yemen and imposing a blockade on Yemen.
