We were able, through the measures taken in the government,

to delegate our authority. Right now,

in terms of management, governors have the same authority that I have as president.

On paper, we have formally notified them of this.

Now, how much they can use the authority that we have given them depends

on their capability, on their creativity and on their determination,

and on the coordination they can create between themselves and

the organizations under their supervision.

And they have made extensive use of this.

And we are grateful to all our dear ones. Mr.

Pezeshkian also had a request from eighty million“ Lives sacrificed for our

beloved Iran” to economize on energy. From our dear people,

who are now ready and present on the scene, I also said here,

we have a simple request. That they reduce their own consumption of electricity

and energy. For now, we do not need the sacrifice of these dear ones,

but we do need control over consumption.

At home, instead of ten lights being on, let two lights be on,

what is wrong with that? They hit our infrastructure, they lay siege to

us so that people become dissatisfied and so that

this satisfaction that exists now turns into dissatisfaction.

How can we stand up to it? By making sure that the conditions they

think will cause public discontent are not allowed to come into existence at all.
