What do you mean, which Salafism? When we speak of the path of

the righteous predecessors.

I don't mean that Salafism.

This abhorrent Salafism today, the partisan Salafism.

The rulers' Salafism. Madkhali Salafism. The

Jamiyya Salafism, which, God forbid, issues fatwas for tyrants

and aids tyrants against the scholars of Ahl al- Sunna,

even issuing fatwas allowing tyrants to use infidels against Muslims.

This is their Salafism. They are not upon the path of the righteous predecessors.

By God, the Companions disavow them.

I'm a Salafi. Tell me which. What do you mean, which Salafism

are you?

Which Salafism? Saudi Madkhali Salafism or Salafism

of the Madkhalis, like Raslan in Egypt? Or Libyan Salafism that

supports Haftar today? Or the Salafism

that, by God, the Jamiyya follows, issuing fatwas for tyrants

left and right? Or the Salafism that deemed the entry of

the Americans into Iraq

permissible and considered them rulers? They said it was forbidden to revolt against them.

This is deviant Salafism. This Salafism is not upon the methodology of Ahl al-Sunnah

wa al-Jama'ah. Rather, it follows the way of the hypocrites

and Musaylima the Liar and his followers. They tell you, “We are

Salafis.” By God, Salafism disavows you. The people of the Salaf

are not at all as you are. As for what are called

parties today, they tell you, “By God, listen to such-and-such a sheikh”

and you are a Salafi.

If you listen to such-and-such a sheikh, you are an innovator, and this one

is an innovator, this one is a Salafi, this one is a Salafi, and this one is an innovator.

You judge people by your prepackaged Salafism.
