Discussion on Justice and Media Ethics in Spain
What has happened to justice in Spain?
Daniel, if I may, you are radically mistaken.
I don't know if the Prosecutor's Office can act on its own initiative or not,
but posting assaults by minors on social media with their faces uncovered,
because you believe your concept of justice is what it is, is absolutely absurd.
I tell you this with my hand on my heart and feeling very sorry to say it to you.
Absurd, Daniel.
I'm going to say one thing.
Actually, the video has their faces uncovered on a news account that is
from the same Antena 3 network, Actuality, and has more than 20 million
views. But it doesn't matter. It's just...
Views do matter. The detail doesn't matter.
If someone does it wrong, we can't do it wrong.
Daniel, why did you share it? For the views? What you have done is spread it exactly,
just like everyone else is doing, and that's what you don't understand.
No, but... Being a minor... You're an adult, right? How old are you? You're an adult, Daniel.
No, Daniel, no, Isabel. I think that everyone... Daniel, one thing.
Wait a moment. I think you are absolutely right.
These images must not be spread.
I think it's clear to all of us that we shouldn't point fingers so as not to create...
Not him? Hate. Escalations of hate.
Well, but at least we have to give Daniel credit.
And Isabel did it with good intentions.
Sure. He is wrong, but he is showing his face and he did it with good intentions, I think.
Yes. No, no, of course. But good intentions can also be a crime.
Yes, the road to hell is paved with good intentions, but he is young and made a mistake, but no…
And they are young too. Isabel, Ángela, please. Please.
You can't make it hard for me. It's okay.
But please, if I'm asking you to go to a table, please.
Please, listen to me, I'm hot. I need to turn on the AC.

Daniel, si me permites, estás radicalmente equivocado.
Tú eres adulto, ¿no? ¿Cuántos años tienes? Eres adulto, Daniel. No, Daniel, no, Isabel.
¿A él no? Odio.
No pasa nada.
