Hello, Seventh Brigade cadets.

In four months,

assuming you succeed in the four challenging months of the Armor Officers Course,

you will earn the honor and pride

to wear your rank insignia,

the jumpsuit, and stand in the commander's hatch of Yanush, of Kahalani, of Uri Orr,

and of many other heroes who are interwoven in

the life story of the Seventh Brigade since 1948, from the battles of Latrun,

to this very day, the Gaza Strip, the security zone facing

the Lebanese border, the Golan Heights leading to Syria.

In the next war, the Seventh

Brigade will be at the tip of the spear, and it will win. A victory decisive,

thanks to four things. One: combat leadership and fighting

spirit based on the spirit of the Seventh Brigade, men of steel,

surging steel and raging steel.

Two: know the enemy. Dream of him, simulate him

well in training. Expertise in knowing the enemy.

Three: cunning situational assessment. Deception in every way and at every level.

Think and apply stratagems and

deception in every decision- making and action in operational activity.

Four: combat technique and drills.

Combat technique and drills derived and stemming from strict adherence to

the small details, the checklist. The checklist! The checklist!

And full utilization

of the Merkava Mark 4 Trophy tank. Cadets of the

7th Brigade,

Good luck, see you in action.
