Analysis of Yemen Conflict and Religious Justifications

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Welcome, everyone.

Saudi scholars of the Wahhabi sect led by

al-Fawzan based their fatwa declaring jihad obligatory to fight

the people of Yemen on the issue of doctrinal differences. Can you imagine?

They described the beliefs of Yemenis as deviant,

corrupt, and aberrant. And if we return to the Holy Quran,

dear brothers, we will find that the Holy Quran

does not mandate fighting because of doctrinal differences among

Muslims. Rather, it calls on all

Muslims, of all sects, to unity.

“Hold fast, all together, to the rope of God, and do not be divided.”

The Holy Quran also does not mandate fighting

in the path of God, nor does it permit it except in two cases.

The first case is self-defense.

God Almighty says, “Fight in the cause

of God those who fight you, but do not transgress. Indeed,

God does not love the transgressors.”

If we assess our reality today through the lens of this verse,

we will find that the aggressor is Saudi Arabia, led by bin Salman.

Did bin Salman not mobilize an international coalition?

Widespread, and declaring war on Yemen and imposing a blockade

from Washington, and in English?

To this day, he still insists on continuing the war and continuing the blockade,

while Yemen is acting in self-defense.

Yemen's demands are just, as our demands do not go beyond

ending the war and ending the blockade by both sides.

But bin Salman still refuses.

The second case in which fighting is required

in the cause of God is when

supporting the oppressed on earth. God Almighty says

in His clear Book, "Why do you not fight in the cause of God

and for the oppressed men, women, and children who

say, ‘Our Lord, take us out of this town whose people are oppressors, and grant

us from You a protector, and grant us from You a helper.’”

This verse applies perfectly to our brothers in Gaza, who

were denied even the right to leave their land to escape

genocide and famine.

So, what did the Saudi regime led by bin Salman do? Did it

by forming a broad international Arab and Islamic coalition

to support our brothers in Gaza? No, quite the opposite.

He condemned the mujahideen in Palestine

and placed them on the terrorist list.

Waaah!

And he did not stop at that, he also condemned

Yemen's military operations in support of our brothers in Gaza.

And he did not stop at that, he joined with America

Britain, and the Zionist entity in an attempt

to shoot down Yemen's missiles and drones that

targeted the Zionist entity, whether deep in the occupied Palestinian territories or at sea,

and took part in shooting down many of these missiles and drones.

Thus, today he stands on the side of the الأمة's enemies and

on the side of the oppressors. Also, dear brothers, the justification by

Saudi Wahhabi scholars for the aggression against

Yemen and incitement to fight the Yemeni people was that Yemen

was targeting Mecca and Medina.

This accusation is false. Why? Because Yemen is

the most committed of the

Islamic states, both government and people, to defending

Islamic holy sites. We've discussed this topic more than once.

It was when Trump insulted the Holy Kaaba when

he posted an image in the shape of a trash can,

likening the Holy Kaaba to it. The Yemeni people criticized it,

both government and people, while

the

Saudi media machine was deployed to defend

Trump, claiming he did not mean to insult the Kaaba. Thus, dear

brothers, matters are clear if we assess reality.

Whoever does not

reach the truth by reading reality, then at least return

to the Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.

Is it conceivable that the banner that will emerge from Yemen,

which the Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, described as the banner of the Yemen of faith

and the Breath of the Most Merciful, could be false, while

the opposing banner that will emerge from Najd and which was described by

the Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, as the horn of Satan

and the source of earthquakes and strife, could be right?

Thus, matters are clear. Peace and God's mercy be upon you

and His blessings.
