Why? Because all of a sudden they stood up and went on the offensive.

in some units of our Russian army

there are these so-called "sochniki",

they're registered in Sochi,

who have broken arms,

who have broken ribs.

I don't know, I'm just saying,

that there are guys like that in the Akhmat special forces too.

Russians are beginning to torment other Russians,

and there's no control over it.

When there's no control, there's no oversight like this.

That's where lawlessness begins.

Here they pretend there's no problem,

but it actually exists.

People with hepatitis and HIV are not being discharged here.

They keep fighting.

And now, while it's at the front,

there is a very real danger,

that it will spread deeper into the country.
