I, C. Joseph Vijay

will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law

established, and that I will uphold its sovereignty

and the integrity of India, which are unparalleled,

and that I will preserve their unity, and that as Chief

Minister of the Government of Tamil Nadu I will discharge my duties

faithfully and in accordance with my conscience,

that I will do so in accordance with the Constitution and the law, that I will,

without fear or favor, affection or ill will,

do right to all kinds of people in all respects,

and I swear this in the name of God.

I, C. Joseph Vijay

as Chief Minister of the Government of Tamil Nadu, will not, except as may

be required for the due discharge of my duties as Chief Minister, communicate

or reveal to any person or persons directly or indirectly,

any matter that is brought under my consideration or comes to my knowledge I will

not disclose or reveal I swear and testify

before the Lord.
