Discussion on Strategic Leadership in Egypt

And allow me to tell you, perhaps our presence here is an opportunity

to talk about why the state's strategic leadership is here? Because once

upon a time, the Constitutional Court was besieged.

And once, the Cabinet— the Cabinet was besieged.

And once, they threatened the Ministry of Defense. And once, they were

besieging the Media Production City. So that the crisis, whatever the crisis,

whatever the crisis was, would be managed under pressure, very, very heavy pressure,

and maybe fear as well. And consequently,

the decisions made would be decisions, you know, that could sometimes lead to great

harm or great ruin for our country, Egypt. It was necessary for the state to

move out of the capital,

and for this not to happen again.

I am speaking with complete frankness.

The state moves out of the capital so that this is not repeated again,

The wicked and the terrorists

will not stop. And God helps us, but we must

also take the necessary measures. Consequently, the state had

to not be there, Once again, the Parliament would not be there,

and the Cabinet would not be there, and the Ministry of Defense would be there,

just as it was before. No, that is over. No one can do that in

Egypt anymore.
