Hamada, the new president of Albatross, the company that runs“ Moumuri,” agreed to a

solo interview with TV Tokyo.

He says the staff,

which used to be about seventy people, is now down to fifteen,

but the remaining employees have restarted the resignation agency service.

The content of the service itself has not changed much,

but when it comes to all of the work processes that we handle— We have resumed

operations only after having everything checked and thoroughly reviewed by lawyers.

He says that in just over one week after the relaunch,

they received sixty- four requests and finalized every single resignation.

Can you say definitively that there is no illegality in the service as it is now,

after restarting? Yes, after having it checked by our lawyers,

and with this new management structure and so on, we are thoroughly enforcing

internal controls, so we believe there is no problem on that front.

In fact, since the relaunch, although there have been many negative reactions,

there were also people who told us,“ I was without a doubt saved by Moumuri,”

so we believe that means the service has at least some significance.

In a crowded field of competitors, why is Albatross so committed to this business?

We are aiming for a society where resignation agency services are no longer needed.

So then, companies will also think about what

they need to do so that people will not use, so that they will not have to use,

resignation agency services, and for that purpose they will work on changing

or improving their internal environment, and if that kind of progress continues,
