Yemeni Armed Forces Statement on Military Operations

Statement issued by the Yemeni Armed Forces.

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The Almighty says:

“And God is stronger in might and sterner in punishment.”

God has spoken the truth. In the context of striking the enemy’s

criminal Saudi build-ups and confronting its blatant aggression

and its ongoing unjust blockade of our dear people for twelve

years, to dissuade them from their rightful demands

and their honorable stance in support of the oppressed Palestinian people,

and with the continued attacks by the build-ups affiliated with the

Saudi enemy against the people, villages, and localities of the Western Coast,

throughout the past years and their escalation in recent

months, and in light of the repeated calls by the people of those

areas for our fighting army to move in support of them

and lift the injustice from them, the Yemeni Armed Forces

launched, with the help of Almighty God and with the

broad participation of our people and their free tribes, on

September 3, Operation “God Is Stronger

in Might and Sterner in Punishment,” a large-scale, distinctive military operation

from several directions to expel the

Saudi build-ups from some districts of the Western Coast

that commits the most heinous crimes against

citizens and seeks to subjugate Yemen's geography

to Saudi occupation and control, has been crowned

with success and divine favor from God Almighty.

Despite the enemy's heavy Saudi air cover supporting its mobilizations,

it failed, thanks to God, to

affect the operation, which achieved the following results.

First, the expulsion of Saudi enemy mobilizations

from six districts in the governorates of Taiz and Hodeidah,

with a total area of five thousand

four hundred and four hundred square kilometers,

which, thanks to God, became safe and stable. Second,

striking seven military divisions from the Saudi enemy's mobilizations,

comprising 38 military brigades,

and killing, capturing, and wounding hundreds of their members.

Third, freeing a number of our dear prisoners held

by Saudi enemy mercenaries for years on

the Western Coast. Fourth, the armed forces

were able, thanks to God, to carry out 32

counter-operations against Saudi warplanes and shoot down nine aircraft.

Salute to our army

The great mujahid for his struggle and great sacrifices

in the cause of God, defending our people

and our country. A most heartfelt salute

to our dear, faithful, striving people and its

free tribes for the support and backing they provide to the

armed forces in the battle for liberation and independence

and the restoration of national sovereignty, and for its

high awareness in confronting propaganda and false media disinformation

practiced by the enemy throughout the past

days. The Yemeni armed forces

affirm that maritime navigation is safe for all

companies, except for Saudi ships that

were previously declared banned, and that they continue to

establish the blockade-for-blockade equation and strike

the Saudi enemy's military buildups, escalating

escalation until the aggression stops and the blockade is lifted from

our dear people. God is sufficient for us

and He is the best disposer of affairs, the best protector and helper.

Long live Yemen, free, proud, and independent. Victory

to Yemen and to all the free people of the nation. Sana'a
