Legal Update on Pfizer and Moderna Data

Original transcript (English)

We had a great legal update this week. A total of nine million pages of Pfizer and Moderna files finally obtained. Now we've officially got all of that data is now available to everyone. I am joined right now by Alecia Perkins, one of the outstanding

attorneys. Alecia, thank you for joining us. What did it take to get that data, and why did it end up taking longer than the one year we were told it was going to take? Back in 2021, we submitted a legal request to FDA to disclose all of the documentation relied upon to license Pfizer's

COVID-19 vaccine. FDA then refused to expedite the production of records, which compelled two lawsuits on behalf of PHMPT. FDA then claimed that it would need over 75 years to complete

its production of the 18-and-up data specifically. Thankfully, though, in that case, the judge called out FDA's unreasonable delay and ordered an expedited timeline. The court then or- ordered FDA to produce 180,000 pages per month. Ultimately, that resulted

in t- nine million pages of data publicly released. And we also knew that we were missing a large quantity of data, and we went back to the court. We showed the judge, "Look, we know

that there should be more," which got us to that nine million pages number, which, as of October 1st, all has, according to FDA, been released to the public.

Fantastic, and that means science around the world can be done on this data. Alecia, you're all over it, and I wanna thank you, uh, for taking the time to celebrate. It's clear they've got a pit bull on their heels, so

I'm gonna let you get back to it. Thank you so much for having me, Del. If you wanna be a part of that process, if you've seen the value of what we're doing here, I hope you'll become a recurring donor. We're just asking for $26 a month for 2026.
