Military Strategy in Yemen Conflict

We can root out the Houthis and Saleh in a few days.

We can mobilize the Saudi ground forces alone by themselves.

And in just a few days, root out all the areas, or the remaining 15 percent,

under the control of the Houthis and Ali Abdullah Saleh.

But this would result in thousands of casualties among our forces.

We would hold funerals in every Saudi city.

The second result would be a very high number of Yemeni civilian casualties

and major losses. Time is on our side. Endurance is on our side.

We have supplies.

We have all the required logistics. We have high

morale. The enemy has no supplies. They have no money

and no endurance. Since time is on our side, we should use it

for our interests, in our favor. If we do not use the time that is on our side, it means

we

have done the enemy a favor.
