Analysis of Gaza and Religious Conflict

The people of Gaza who decided

to act alone should have consulted others.

If Israel is the enemy, I saw them incline toward wisdom

and peace.

It is not jihad in the cause of God.

Muhammad is the Messenger of God.

Three years ago, when Israel's assault on Gaza intensified,

they took to the pulpits in unison.

On Judgment Day, in the grave, if you do not cleanse yourself of urine,

you will be punished,

if you are ignorant of Palestinian affairs, you will not be punished.

The compass changed. The enemy this time is not Israel,

Rather, it is a conflict entrenched among followers of the same religion.

We are undoubtedly with the Sunnis against the Rafidites.

They relentlessly fan its flames, calling

for killing instead of reconciliation.

In Yemen, there is armed jihad

for those in Yemen and those whom

the legitimate government appealed to, and who answered it.

They raise the banner of jihad high, calling for mobilization from every

direction, claiming to fear for the Muslims' first

Qibla.

Young men and women must not

go from their countries to Palestine on the pretext

of jihad in God's cause.
