when this Student Visa Program was shut down, the government tightened the rules,

now that you've tasted blood, you don't stop. And then you

come up with a new card. And then this card was introduced, that

here, you can't bring in international students.

Now, give admissions in your colleges to local people, local

students.

And get them loans from the government.

From that loan, let's say there is a program. In that,

get some student admitted.

And the student has to pay that fee from the same loan. Your fee has

come in. The student is lured by saying that you got a grant for free.
