Israeli Elections and National Security

These elections

are about Israel's survival.

The last time I was here, you talked about Jabotinsky.

Jabotinsky came to Warsaw

in 1938, two years before the Holocaust,

and he told Warsaw's Jews, Poland's Jews, "My brothers

and sisters,

I know you're busy with everyday matters.

I know you're busy with the various debates among yourselves,

but catastrophe is coming soon.

Save yourselves. Save yourselves."

So we're not in Warsaw.

But I tell my brothers and sisters, citizens of Israel,

I know you—you are busy with everyday matters or

with the frivolous stories the panic channels try to feed you.

But there is one fundamental question here: survival.

Earlier this morning,

Iran's news agency published

a video showing Mojtaba's instruction

to drop nuclear bombs on Israel. They have resumed the nuclear program.

We struck this regime. It is faltering, battered, it is

wounded, and like a wounded scorpion, it can deliver

its sting of despair

and destroy us.

And I'm telling you, we don't need to run.

We don't need to save ourselves, to flee from Warsaw.

We have a strong country, a strong people, fighters and pilots

heroes

and a government led by me that has already struck them and will strike them

again.
