There is absolutely no Arab person who sympathizes with Iran unless he carries a

deep- seated hatred inside him against the Gulf states. I mean, he looks

down on them.

He sees that they have money and resources and they built,

they built their countries and built their people. He does not want that,

he wants you not to build people, because if you build people, they become aware.

You get what I mean? And if you build the country, then it will not need this,

no one will go out to Iran or to any other country ever.

He will have the best life in his own country, so they do not want that.

These are the Arabs, and I am really astonished. I mean, it is strange that now,

in these circumstances, when we are in hardship and destruction and death,

you sympathize with Iran? How do you sympathize with Iran? I ask God, exalted is He,

to let Iran loose on you who sympathize with it, really, so you can see,

so you burn in its fire and see what Iran is.

You do not understand Iran.- Yes.

- If you understood Iran, you would not have sympathized with it.

- Yes, I can certainly appreciate your feelings.

You are a seasoned politician and you have lived for many years and many eras.

I have studied the history of the region and of Iraq well,

and I lived through these moments you are talking about. With great enthusiasm.
