Understanding Good and Evil in Judaism
There is always some contradiction, a kind of opposition of God to evil.
But in Judaism, it is not so.
There is no God of evil, like Satan or angels and such, right? In Judaism, this does not exist.
We understand that evil in this world is an integral part of good.
In other words, to put it simply in simple terms,
evil is our free will.
All of this is a discrepancy with the ideal.
That is, in other words,
the very fact of our world's existence is evil itself.
Because our world, as we correctly said, in principle does not correspond to its ideal.
And this discrepancy is called evil in Judaism.
That is, the source of evil is God,
not Satan.
In Judaism, Satan is God himself.
That is, from the perspective of Judaism, there is no such thing as evil.
That is, the source of evil is our opportunity to become better, to somehow be better.
And in order to be better, you must be able to be the worst.
In Judaism, Satan is actually God.
