May God’s peace be upon you, my friends, my comrades, my enemies,

and everyone watching this video.

This is of course a recap after seven days since the start of this battle between

Lebanon and the occupation entity. At the beginning, we must recall,

in parallel with the positions of the President of the Republic,

General Joseph Aoun,

who said that these six missiles did not amount to a response to the assassination

of Imam Khamenei,

and that they dragged Lebanon into a war and placed it between two crises:

the crisis of a military occupying state that wants to occupy Lebanon,

and the crisis of a group,

as he put it, an armed group outside the law that is also taking Lebanon to war.

He said there is populist talk that Hezbollah is deluding people

into thinking that the state cannot defend its people.

And of course this is the opinion of the President of the Republic,

and he is free to hold it, but Hezbollah’s point of view,

and the point of view of the reality we have seen over the past 15 months,

is that Israel did not abide by the agreement to cease hostilities and carried out

more than 10,000 violations. For this agreement,

it killed more than five hundred people, it carried out assassinations

two days before the launch of the military operations and the start of the war.

It assassinated the party’s military commanders in the Bekaa region in

order to shackle the party and prevent it from responding to the Israeli attacks.

Therefore, the

president’s talk about these six rockets being the basis of the war means he is

saying something that aims to hide what happened after these six rockets,

and here I want to clarify to the president, with all respect, that Hezbollah,

after it fired these six rockets in response to ten thousand violations,

violated the agreement with a single salvo.

And when the war was launched by the Israeli enemy,

Hezbollah waited for about a day and a half to see the Israeli reaction.

The Israeli enemy opened the war on Lebanon, and since then the salvos have not

stopped toward the gatherings of soldiers in South Lebanon, Mr.

President. The salvos have not stopped toward the Israeli

military vehicles that entered Lebanese areas. And they push into Aita al- Shaab,

Ramia, al- Jabin, Kfarkela, and

all of these the entire stretch of the border strip with the Israeli aggression,

those Israeli soldiers

are under direct fire from Lebanese who are defending this land,

so how can the scene be reduced to just the first volley?

No, there are six days of fighting,

and a short while ago rockets fell on Tel Aviv,

and they are Lebanese rockets, Mr. President.

The son of Finance Minister Smotrich was wounded by Lebanese fire, Mr.

President, those who are fighting on the ground are defending the land of Lebanon,

the homeland of Lebanon, while you, Mr.

President, and Your Excellency the President,

you and the government, the government issued a decision for the Lebanese army to

withdraw in front of the attacking forces inside Lebanese territory.

So how does that not make the state deficient and incapable,

and how can what is being presented that the

state is unable to protect its people be called populist talk as you stated?

Populist talk is not based on foundations and facts. Populist talk is

based on fantasy and on words that are purely

fabricated But these decisions are decisions taken by the Lebanese government,

in your presence and with your participation Therefore,

what is happening is not a populist campaign by Hezbollah exploiting the weakness

of the state What is happening is that the Lebanese citizen, on the ground,

really sees that the state is weak and has not been able to protect him for fifteen

months from Israeli violations toward Lebanon and toward a group of

Lebanese who are themselves Lebanese And if

there is a government now that has classified them as outlaws, then there are

many governments before this government that had classified them as heroes,

these people, their secretary- general had been received in the presidential palace

after the liberation of the year 2000 by the honorable president,

His Excellency President General Emile Lahoud. So that is in politics,

but in military terms it is clear that Hezbollah

focuses on three parallel tracks The first track is deep bombardment.

As I said a little while ago,

Tel Aviv was shelled and Haifa is being shelled repeatedly.

The second track is targeting

a distance of five kilometers from the border and emptying the north of settlers.

And targeting the military factories that help Israel produce air defense missiles

in order to maintain its ability to protect occupied Palestine from Lebanese and

Iranian attacks.

And the third track is direct confrontations,

direct engagements and direct clashes inside Lebanese territory and also inside the

occupied Palestinian territories.

And of course the results of these clashes are clear.

Hezbollah has destroyed approximately seven tanks and armored personnel carriers.

Hezbollah targeted several gatherings of soldiers along the Lebanese border.

Hezbollah, and by the enemy’s own admission,

was able to wound many Israeli soldiers inside Lebanese territory and inside the

occupied Palestinian territories with its fire.

Among these soldiers is the son of Finance Minister Smotrich,

who was injured in the war.

And yesterday there was also talk about transferring many soldiers,

including three soldiers,

to Haifa hospitals after the injuries in Lebanon.

Israeli media today are saying that what we are seeing in southern

Lebanon today reminds them of the operations before 2000.

And that the soldiers are like ducks in a shooting range,

being targeted by Hezbollah,

so this expression was used before the cessation of hostilities,

they used to say our soldiers are like ducks in the shooting range.

And today they are going back to using these expressions after Hezbollah has

returned and reactivated its military activity by targeting the soldiers who enter

Lebanese territory.

In the end, this is not populist talk. This talk is based on information and data

that you can verify from all media outlets, including even the Israeli ones,

and thus indeed Hezbollah is leading a very large battle to rein in Israel.

And make it commit to a halt of operations,

under the agreement to cease hostilities and not violate it,

thus we would be facing the end of an actual war and not the end of a hybrid war

where one side stops firing, which would be the party while Israel continues

killing it as its hands are tied behind its back. Overall, these are the military

conditions between Lebanon and the occupation entity in the past week. We will keep
