Support for Palestine from Iran

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, to our Muslim brothers in the region

and to our loved ones in the land of Palestine, and to patient Gaza in particular.

We address you today from the Islamic Republic of Iran with sincere words from the heart,

words of defense, love, and brotherhood.

The Islamic nation and the cause of the Palestinian people have remained

alive in the conscience of the Muslim Iranian people.

Thus, the name of Palestine has remained, since the first days of the victory of the revolution,

engraved in our eyes, guarding the right that never perishes,

and for the people who are not weakened by hardships, no matter how severe.

So we say to you that we are not fighting today only in defense of ourselves,

nor only to avenge our martyrs, but also in defense of the oppression of the Islamic nation,

and the Palestinian people and their martyrs, who have a firm and deep-rooted share in this stance.

For Palestine was never the cause of one people alone,

but it was, still is, and will forever remain a cause of dignity, right, justice, and the cause of the Islamic nation

as a whole. O nation of Islam, and O people of Palestine, do not think that you are alone in this field.

We are with you on an unchanging covenant and an unwavering stance.

You are the people of return and dignity, a people who know how to endure, stand firm, and protect their rights generation after generation.

We pledge to you that we will remain steadfast by your side on this path.

Until justice is restored to its people, and beloved, free, proud, and lofty Palestine returns to its rightful owners, God willing.

Victory comes only from God, the Almighty, the All-Wise.
