Yemen's Military Capabilities and Saudi Response

As for a ground attack on

Saudi Arabia, all options are open.

However, Yemen's development of its missile and air capabilities enables it

today to strike Saudi Arabia at sea and impose a blockade on it,

and also strike deep inside Saudi Arabia. Yemen has become capable of

closing all Saudi ports and airports.

Therefore, the Saudi leadership must recognize

these changes, and then

it will know that the easiest way out of this

predicament is not to seek to internationalize the war on Yemen,

nor to seek to ignite internal fronts, but rather to respond

to Yemen's just, fair,

and realistic demands, namely ending the war and ending

the blockade by both sides. It is unreasonable for the war

and the blockade imposed by Saudi Arabia to continue while Yemen has become

capable of responding in kind twice over.
