Therefore, he preferred his own interest over whose? Over the force he belongs to.

He should have killed him; if he can, he should kill him.

That's why we have so many corrupt people in the legal system, the state,

or politics, We are a state, and politics is government.

who didn't kill his enemy so they wouldn't bring someone to kill him.

A person does not put their own interest first,
