Yemeni Armed Forces Statement on Airspace Violation

A statement issued by the Yemeni Armed Forces. In the name of Allah,

the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The Almighty said:"

And whoever avenges himself after having been wronged— those,

there is not against them any cause for blame."

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth. On the morning of this Friday,

at 5: 20 a.m.,

a formation of the Saudi enemy's warplanes violated the airspace of Yemeni

governorates, in an attempt to prevent an Iranian civilian aircraft carrying on

board more than 200 citizens, including stranded people, the wounded, and the sick,

from landing at Sana'a International Airport, upon which, and upon Yemen,

an unjust blockade has been imposed for nearly 11 years,

but its attempt failed, thanks to God, as the Yemeni Armed

Forces confronted this attempt by targeting it with a number of air

defense missiles,

and it was forced to leave the airspace,

by the power and strength of God. Accordingly, the Yemeni Armed Forces emphasize the

following: First: We warn the

criminal Saudi enemy against repeating any attempt to violate the airspace or any

aggression targeting our country, it will be met with a comprehensive

response by targeting its

airports and vital interests on land and at sea. Second, we will not accept

the continuation of the unjust Saudi- American siege on our country indefinitely,

and we will take all legitimate steps to end this siege.

Third, we call upon our dear people to continue the general mobilization and

combat readiness,

in response to the call of the Leader, Mr.

Abdul- Malik Badreddin al- Houthi, may God protect him. Fourth, we emphasize

the readiness

of the armed forces in all their formations for any options chosen by the Leader,

may God protect him,

and that their hands are on the trigger to implement the directives within the

framework of lifting the Saudi- American siege on our dear people and expelling

the occupiers. Finally, we emphasize the need to end the siege and guardianship

over Sana'a International Airport, and we praise and highly appreciate with

reverence the stance of the Islamic Republic of Iran in taking the

initiative to break the siege and

transport the sick and stranded and the official and

popular delegation participating in the funeral of the martyr, Mr. Ali Khamenei,

may God be pleased with him,

We confirm the continuation of flights between Sana'a and Tehran airports,

God willing, to lift the blockade and suffering from our dear,

oppressed Yemeni people, regardless of the consequences and repercussions.

Allah is sufficient for us,

and He is the best Disposer of affairs, the best Protector and the best Helper.

Long live Yemen, free, proud, and independent,

and victory to Yemen and all the free people of the nation. Sana'a, Muharram
