Responsibilities of Citizens and State

Duties

for the citizen towards the state. And there are duties

as well for the state towards the citizen.

The state must fulfill its duties towards the citizen:

provide education, provide healthcare, provide job opportunities,

provide security, and provide stability,

so we can also tell this citizen, "Citizen, you enjoy rights, but you have

obligations to fulfill to the state." But when

a citizen, a young person, or anyone at all finds

that the state provides him with none of these

things, and there is no reason at all that would make

him stay in this country, we shouldn't come and tell him, "No,

you

hate your homeland and do not love your country." No, let's look at the reasons,

and so, those in charge of this country and those responsible

for this homeland must assume their responsibility in

providing opportunities for these youth who leave their country,

and this youth who throws himself into the unknown and throws himself into the sea,

leaving his family, leaving his parents, and throwing

himself into ruin. We don't encourage and tell these youth:

"Go out to sea or throw yourselves into ruin." No.

Young people must be aware, so we must first build

the human being, build these youth, provide them with

an education, teach them, provide them with

school curricula so they develop awareness and have a

sound mind and culture, so that a young person doesn't just come

and throw himself into the sea like that. Why? Because he lacks awareness, he lacks

culture, we didn't prepare educational

curricula to raise him, educate him, and build a

person who is aware and possesses culture.
