flies back to DC, gets in the Oval Office, takes off his chief of police hat, sticks it in the desk drawer, goes over to the closet, puts on his commander in chief jacket with the big patch, grabs his commander in chief

recapture legal control of countries across the world. Seventy-two countries total were at this precarious moment, not just in the United States, but around the world. And when you move into a storm of that strength in the old sail power days, what happens, the gusts of wind can
be so strong that the, the sail being up, you could snap a sail, and now you've lost the boat because you've lost steerage. You've lost the ability to control the direction of the boat through the storm, so you can quarter the waves so that you can stay alive.
So what you do is you start shortening the sails and, uh, bringing them down a notch so that you can still maintain forward momentum, but you don't have as great a concern of a gust snapping the mainsail or other sails off and disabling the boat.
You've got to shorten the sails. It'll be a once in a thousand year storm. Might be biggest ever on the planet. We'll make it through by working together. But America and the world is about to experience something that nobody has ever experienced before.
