Analysis of Israeli-Palestinian Incident

Who killed the Israelis in the village of Tell?

From the very first hours,

Israel established its narrative, claiming that Sheikh

Farouk killed the settlement's security guard and the company security commander.

But do the videos documenting the incident support this narrative?

Or do they reveal a different sequence of events?

Let us reconstruct what happened based on the video recordings that

documented the clash from more than one angle.

The first clip: At the beginning of the events, Sheikh Farouk

appears trying to break up the clash and keep the young

Palestinians away from the settlers.

Afterwards, two of the settlement guards return, both armed,

and one of them is seen taking his rifle off his shoulder.

He appears to be preparing to use it to attack the Palestinians.

Moments later, several gunshots are heard.

Amidst the chaos, Sheikh Farouk manages to snatch the rifle

from the hand of one of the settlement guards.

He fires a shot into the air.

We do not see what happened next, nor do we see if the man was actually killed,

nor do we see who fired the subsequent shots.

Yet, Israel presented this recording as the evidence proving its narrative.

But the third video demolishes this narrative.

The person who was supposedly killed in the previous

recording appears here walking

on his feet. He seems to have been wounded in

the shoulder, but he was not dead.

In contrast, Sheikh Farouk appears, having completely lost the rifle,

and advances unarmed toward the soldiers.

And in the background, a settler can be heard

screaming: Kill him! Kill him!

Immediately afterward, the soldiers open fire on Sheikh Farouk.

If the person Farouk was said to have killed is still alive, then who killed the

Israelis later?

The fourth clip adds a new piece to the puzzle,

this time, the events were filmed from the top of the hill.

After the shooting ends, the man advances toward the place he shot at,

as if to check who was hit, and then quickly withdraws.

These shots raise a question that the Israeli narrative does not answer:

If Sheikh Farooq had killed the Israelis before that and tried to

surrender to the soldiers,

then why did the scuffle on the ground continue between the Palestinians,

the settlers, and the soldiers?

And why did the shooting continue after Sheikh Farooq fell?

And why did the Israeli videos stop at the moment preceding these scenes?

What did Israel do after the incident?

Instead of publishing a full forensic investigation, Israeli forces arrested

the wounded Palestinians.

They are the key witnesses to what happened,

and they also arrested dozens of the village residents.

But to this day,

they have not announced the results of any ballistics test that would

identify the weapon from which the fatal bullets were fired,

nor have they published a match between the projectiles and the weapons used,

nor do they present a complete timeline of events.

Most importantly,

they rushed to bury the settlement's security

guard and the company security commander without announcing that autopsies had

been performed on the bodies or publishing any forensic results that

could determine who fired the fatal bullets.

Even if the forensic evidence confirmed the Israeli narrative,

why haven't its results been released to this day?

Instead, politicians and settler leaders adopted a single narrative

from the very first hours, and described what happened as a

terrorist attack.

They demanded that Sheikh Farouk's family be punished, and then extending the

punishment to the village of Tell and the West Bank.

But the videos documenting the incident do not show the picture Israel

tried to establish, but rather reveal a sequence full of gaps

and questions, and suggest that the bullets that killed the

Israelis might have been fired after Sheikh

Farouk fell.
