Teacher's Response to False Accusations
I am Teacher Alberto, and in a moment I will leave this

I have been working for 25 years for the Institute of Upper Secondary Education of
Mexico City, and I spent almost 10 years working in high schools in the State of

sino todo lo contrario. Quiero que se entienda como un acto de rebeldía, un sacrificio para que mejoren el sistema de justicia y se respete la presunción de inocencia. Un acto de rebeldía porque todo el sistema judicial está corrupto.
Jueces, ministerios públicos, fiscalías, abogados. La mayoría de los denunciados deben empezar este tortuoso camino con prisión preventiva. Tanto el abogado de oficio como el privado, su negocio es hacer el proceso largo.
En prisión preventiva tienes que pagar servicios a los guardias, protección, te gastas lo que no tienes sólo para llevar el proceso por fuera. Si logras llevar el proceso por fuera aún debes de seguir manteniendo a toda esta delincuencia organizada, que es nuestro sistema judicial,
a través de seguir soltando dinero porque todos paran la mano. Si te absuelven y eres maestro habrás perdido gran parte de tu patrimonio, si no es que todo. Estarás sin trabajo y en muchas ocasiones será por la cancelación social, que significa el retiro de apoyo de la sociedad, y se incrementará la funa,
que es un acto de repudio social, estableciendo la duda incluso cuando la justicia ya te ha absuelto o descartado los hechos. Un acto de sacrificio porque a través de él intento concientizar a las mujeres de lo peligroso que puede ser realizar denuncias falsas.
