The global and regional struggle against Iran,

led by the president of the United States,

Donald Trump, and the prime minister of Israel,

Benjamin Netanyahu, is stepping up a level and entering the decisive stretch,

which will continue as long as necessary.

I congratulate

President Trump on the heavy blow delivered last night by the army

of the United States against Iranian oil targets. This is the appropriate response

to the mining of the Strait

of Hormuz and to the extortion attempts of the Iranian terror regime.

The Israeli Air Force is also continuing

a powerful wave of strikes in Tehran and across Iran.

Iran is carrying out regional and global terror and extortion

in order to deter Israel and the United States from continuing the campaign,

and is met with the force of steel, strong and uncompromising.

We are entering the decisive stretch in the struggle between the regime’s

attempts to survive, while causing ever- growing suffering to the Iranian people,

and surrender.

Only the Iranian people can put an end to this through a struggle

determined all the way to the toppling of the terror regime and the saving of Iran.
