This video is trending big on Iraqi TikTok, and it calls for

this Shia guy, Ahmad al-Sharaa, to rule

Iraq and save it from everything. I

blurred him because most of these videos are being reported,

reported by Iraqi Shias, that is. Let's hear him out.

Peace be upon you. I am the citizen Kadhim Ali al-Khazaali, son of

Kadhimiya in Baghdad, a Shia Sharqi, and proud of it.

What I have been seeing from our Shia people on social media is a real

disaster regarding Syria and al-Jolani, also known as Ahmad

al-Sharaa. Of course, the rifts that have formed between us and the Syrian

people

have become very deep, and I cannot find any explanation for them except that

we Shia Sharqis are a failed people, failed, failed

in every sense of the word. First, so you do not say I am an agent and a lowlife,

there was no one more than me, okay, who hated

al-Jolani, until I became sure that he really fought the Americans,

No Iraqi victim was ever recorded as having been killed by him when the Americans entered Iraq.

Later, when he became an ISIS member, he was basically in Syria, not

Iraq. So, as Easterners, we say he was a prisoner

here, and he was a prisoner in an American prison on our Iraqi soil

in 2003, before ISIS. He was imprisoned because he was fighting

the Americans and the American occupier. We don't consider the Americans

occupiers because we received a fatwa from Sayyid Sistani, may God grant him peace,

saying that we must not fight the Americans, that we must never fight them.

I've now confirmed that al-Jolani doesn't have any Iraqi blood on his hands,

and the only reason we hate him is because he's Sunni, and he toppled

Bashar al-Assad, who was killing Sunni Syrians, and we

as Shia Easterners, for us it's permissible to kill Sunnis, and this

is reality, of course, not the media's bullshit.

Our Sunni brothers, our Sunni brothers—no.

First of all, al-Jolani was labeled a terrorist by the Americans.

The whole world labeled al-Jolani a terrorist because of the Americans.

Well, America also calls Hezbollah terrorists, and Iran a rogue

terrorist state. Why don't we call them terrorists if we

follow the Americans' narrative?

Why? Because, quite simply, Hezbollah and Iran are

Shiites from our side, and Jolani is a Sunni from the Umayyad camp.

Aren't they all on the American terrorist lists? Now they tell me Iran

and Hezbollah weren't with ISIS. Yeah, didn't we disgrace the Sunnis in Syria?

And I'm not talking about the Sunnis who fought us.

I'm talking about the women and children we killed every day

and raped alongside Bashar al-Assad's soldiers, and they weren't to blame

for any of this. Look, I'm a former PMF soldier, and I know what

I'm talking about. Everyone who was in the PMF knows very well what

we did to the Syrians. But it's no problem because, ultimately, they're Sunnis, and killing them

is permissible, right? And why is it that every day on social media, we

insult

Jolani, the Syrian people, and every achievement they make in terms of raising

Sanctions, electricity, investments, or developing diplomatic relations.

Why insult them? In short, we're a failed people,

ignorant and sick, and our religion is one of ignorance, sickness, backwardness, chest-beating

and filth. None of our infallible Imams ever beat their chest

or washed Iranians' feet—or Persians back then—

under the pretext of pilgrimage. None of our Imams cursed

Aisha, who was the wife of their grandfather, Prophet Muhammad. No Imam ever went up

to pulpits and taught his followers that Abu Bakr and the Companions were infidels

and heretics. Our religion teaches us that Prophet Muhammad was stupid

and that all his friends and wives were traitors and failures.

Our religion teaches us that Imam Ali was a coward, afraid of Umar, who

broke al-Zahra's rib, peace be upon her. Our religion teaches us

that Imam Ali created the universes and shares divinity with God,

yet at the same time, he's a cowardly lord afraid of Umar ibn al-Khattab.

What's this? On top of that, every day you get a believer who finds

a woman to have a temporary marriage with. He looks like a carcass, then a Zainabiyya has a temporary marriage

with his filth. And now they say you're a traitor and not

Am I a Shroogi or a Shiite just because I speak the truth?

No, man, I'm not a traitor, I'm just opening my eyes now.

And I'm sick of seeing Jolani do in ten

months what not one of those thieving politicians who have been lying to us for 25 years has done.

So, this government of ours has been backed by the Americans. Why haven't there been road reforms

and bridge development, cleanliness, electricity, healthcare, water, and education for 25

years?

The Iraqi oil revenues that were sold and went into the Iraqi treasury,

and what America stole is estimated at around 1.4

trillion dollars, you bastard. A trillion dollars.

Is there a Shroogi among our chest-beating lot who can imagine the scale of a trillion?

In 2014, the British Telegraph newspaper estimated

the theft by Nouri al-Maliki's successive governments

at more than 500 billion dollars. Of course, half of that

money, if not most of it, went to Iran, and the rest went to our lot

in the Green Zone—sorry, the Filthy Zone.

So where are we, the people? We're lost in chest-beating and recruiting our youth

are, simply put, losers. Losers.

We're losers. We don't know how to play politics, and we understand nothing but the politics

of theft, keeping the masses absent, and keeping peoples ignorant.

This Bashar, an Alawite Shiite from our own group, was screwing Syria over,

and he and his father were entrenched in power. He was giving the Israelis coordinates on

the Iranians in Syria, his allies,

his allies, so the Iranians would be bombed, all so

the Israelis would keep Bashar in power one more day.

These are Iranian reports from the Iranian press that brought this news out,

not American, Israeli, or al-Jolani reports.

Saudi Arabia has been reaching out to us for 15 years,

to Iraq under our successive Shiite governments. They brought us

conferences in exchange for easing ties with Iran, which threatens their security,

and the Saudis offered to help us develop and wake up from Iran's exploitation

of Iraq, and avoid Iran's money laundering through oil sales

Iranian oil through Iraq to evade sanctions,

while Iran was stealing Iraqi oil through the governments of Nouri al-Maliki and others.

And what's our response to Saudi Arabia?

No, we don't deal with Wahhabis, we just want to remain

a doormat for the Iranians. Hey, Wahhabis, have you seen how far Saudi Arabia

has come, and the progress it has made? Hey, we want to live, and that's

one of our most basic rights, to have a state, a state

that is advanced and benefits from its resources. Prosperity isn't blasphemy,

nor will we become Wahhabis if we prosper. Iraq under our leadership,

us Easterners, is an Iraq that's shattered and divided. In short,

we Easterners don't want the Syrian experiment to succeed under a

Sunni like al-Jolani, so we spend 24 hours fretting,

Is Jolani a terrorist? Are Syrians ISIS members? I don't know

what this nonsense is. We're failures, and we want the whole world to be failures like us,

no education, no roads, no logic, no dignity, and we want all countries to lick the feet of

the Iranians and beat their chests every day from morning till night.

And we're a people who love shoes and want all countries to eat

sandals and shoes like us. We are a people who love humiliation

and want other countries to be humiliated like us. This isn't in defense of

Syria, because as a Shiite Sharqi in

the modern era, my doctrine teaches me to hate Sunnis, but I tell you,

Al-Jolani has won me over in Syria, and I'm not saying this reluctantly. Every time

the situation there improves, Sunnis prove every time that they are fit to govern

and are statesmen, while we Shiites are people of destruction and ruin.

When will a Shiite or a Sharqi among us become a true statesman?

When will we be freed from Iranian slavery? When

will we stop chest-beating and regard it as a phenomenon of ignorance, not a sacred religious

practice supposedly performed by the infallible Imams? When

will we treat Iraq as a land of civilization, tens of thousands of

years old, not a garbage dump for donkeys? Iraq is the cradle of civilization,

and what we Sharqis are doing is erasing that civilization entirely.

Am I optimistic about a better future? No.

Do I think one of our Shiites will come along with the goodness and luck to change

Is the situation in Iraq improving? No. So what's the solution? Simply, with utter

frustration, I'm saying this with all courage: a Sunni must come

and bring his people, rebuild Iraq, and return it to the forefront among

nations. That's the only solution, and with utter frustration, I'm

saying it this time. Brother, I hope al-Jolani comes

and rules us, he and his crew. Go ahead, call me a traitor,

a charlatan, an agent, a Wahhabi, whatever. Damn your parents.

I swear to God, I got goosebumps when I heard him. I mean, a witness

literally, one of their own testified. He said literally

in his own words, and he's a former soldier, I mean, they killed us in Syria and assaulted

our women and children for no reason. This guy has been turned against on

TikTok, people are threatening him with arrest, saying they'll take

him away and so on, I don't know what, because he said that.

And by the way, Shiite Iraqis, we're not against you, but you must

get rid of Iran, just as we got rid of it.
