Geopolitical Tactics and Biological Warfare

We're told refinery fires and supply blockades are just geopolitical friction, but they actually initiate the cascade sequence. Take the sudden, deliberate shutdown of a massive diesel refinery. Sever the diesel supply chain, and trucks stop delivering water treatment chemicals.
Without those chemicals, municipal plants shut down, and cities lose clean tap water. Normally, humans can survive for days without water. So how does a brief cutoff guarantee a rapid, targeted kill?
The target's bloodstream is preloaded with nanoscale conductive sheets. When fully hydrated, they remain safely dispersed. But the moment blood plasma volume drops from dehydration, they aggressively aggregate into rigid structures. These microscopic blades shred capillary walls from the inside out.
This induces systemic blood clotting and fatal organ failure, within a highly compressed 48 to 72 hour window. And the perpetrators confirm a successful hit using a continuous digital receipt, a unique hardware identifier broadcasting over Bluetooth
directly from the victim's tissue. This is a MAC address. So that sudden diesel refinery shutdown we started with at the beginning? It wasn't an economic dispute. It was the intentional pulling of a trigger to execute a biological target.
