Greetings to the great people of Iran and to the foundations of the Iranian monarchy; with congratulations and respect to His Imperial Majesty the Shah, we are once again united in purpose.

As an officer I have sworn to safeguard the lives and property of my country's people.

And I ask you, my fellow soldiers — together with my comrades in the armed forces — to support the people and to stand beside them against this criminal regime.

We are now on the threshold of a fateful turning point; the regime is floundering and knows that its grip on you is collapsing.

But the nation, more instinctive, more aware, and more determined than at any time in modern history, stands firm. Be united so that the day will come when it belongs to them.

To the military and law enforcement: stand with the people of Iran, not against them. You swore an oath to protect the people, not to preserve a single ruling clique or this regime.

Addressed to those in power: your rule is acknowledged and is approaching its end. There is no legitimacy or acceptance in claiming otherwise. You have left no real fear in the hearts of the people.

The people of Iran can no longer be cherished, nor can they be suppressed or driven away. They face the end with fierce resolve.

Addressed to the international community: a political regime founded on domination, repression, and instability is neither a trustworthy partner nor a stable actor.

To the authorities and power-holders whose social legitimacy has become increasingly isolated and marginalized: do not forget us.

Addressed to the dear and proud people of Iran: do not forget. Ali Khamenei, the perennial leader of the anti-Iranian regime, like a corrupt tribal strongman, has once again driven this country toward war.

A war that is not the war of Iran or the Iranian people. Khamenei, this warped mind, and his accursed regime, by creating insecurity in the global community and by causing bloodshed for their own ends, have made many pay the price.

If the people want to build a future that includes the rule of law, freedom, justice, development, and material welfare, they must recognize one truth.

No fundamental change in history has occurred without the will of the people, and no government has been able to stand against that forever.

We in the military also swear an oath that, until our last drop of blood, we will be supporters and defenders of you, the people of Iran. In this cause we will preserve national unity and strength, and to confront political attacks and get through these trying times, may Imam Reza be our witness.
