Tribute to Atal Bihari Vajpayee

Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji perhaps said it. My honor and pride.

That India is not a mere piece of land,

but a living, breathing national being

he said.

Atal ji said that this is the land of reverence, the land of celebration

and homage.

This is the land of offering, the land of final tribute.

Every river of ours is the Ganges to us. Every pebble to us is

Shankar, Lord Shiva.

We will live for this India, and if we die, for this India.

And even after death, as our ashes flow in the Ganges,

if someone listens closely to them, one voice

will be heard: Victory to Mother India!
