What binds us together as the Turkic world

are not just the lines we read only in history books

They are not. What keeps us together is the brotherhood of the eyes that look at the same sky

and the hearts that feel the same wind

at every one of our visits, at every one of our summits

we can see this very clearly. The Turkic world, from the Balkans

to the Caspian, and from there stretching to Tashkent and Bishkek

is a center that thinks, produces and gives direction across a vast geography

and has more than enough potential to become such a hub.

The will, determination, vision and courage to mobilize this potential

are, thank God, abundantly present in the leaders of the Turkic world

and in its peoples as well.

We will, God willing, continue to work for this with sincerity
