Yemeni Armed Forces Statement on Saudi Aggression

Statement issued by the Yemeni Armed Forces.

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Almighty God said:

“So whoever attacks you, attack him in the same way he attacks you.

Fear God and know that God is with

the righteous.” God Almighty has spoken the truth.

In response to the brutal Saudi aggression targeting our country

and our people, and to the major escalation it has carried out

by launching more than 300 airstrikes over

the past five days using Saudi F-15

and Typhoon warplanes,

targeting most Yemeni governorates,

which took off from the Khamis Mushait and Taif air bases.

With God Almighty’s grace, the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out

a wide-ranging, high-quality military operation

targeting military facilities and infrastructure, including

warplane hangars, radars, and runways,

storage depots and other targets at King Khalid Air Base

in Khamis Mushait, using dozens of

ballistic missiles and drones.

The strikes were accurate and direct, by God’s grace

and power, and the operation caused losses

Significant at the base, by God’s grace. The forces

Yemeni Armed Forces will continue their

distinctive military operations targeting the Saudi

interior as long as it persists in its unjust aggression against

our people, and any new aggression will be met

with broader and fiercer operations, God willing.

We will continue to establish the equation of blockade for blockade and escalation

for escalation

and target Saudi military build-ups until the

aggression stops and the blockade on our dear country ends.

God is sufficient for us, and He is the best

Trustee, the best Protector and the best Helper.

Long live Yemen, free, proud, and independent.
