Discussion on Haredi Military Service

I know it's unpopular, but I've never felt an urgent need for Gur Hasidim

to enlist in the IDF. I've said all along

We will preserve the world of Torah. We will look after our Haredi brothers

And we'll make the necessary adjustments, but through dialogue.

Not by force. We will not uproot Torah scholars

from their study stands. The popular thing when it comes to Haredim

is to beat up on them. It brings votes. Sadly, this

has proven to be some kind of vote machine.
