Critique of XRP Price Predictions

Entonces me instalé allí, ¿no?

"Oye, ¿has oído hasta dónde llegará XRP

para finales de año?"

Yo: "No, no pensé nada al respecto". Tengo mi

pantalla abierta.

cincuenta?" Él dice:

"Sí, ¿no te has enterado?" "No, no me he enterado".

Pensaba: "No,

no hay puta manera." Y

No salió bien.

bancarias

y fuera lo que fuera. Era un montón de cosas que

simplemente se lanzaban

por ahí.

Y, y, y nada de eso pasó pero, ya sabes, va a...

Bien. Vamos a hacerlo— Ya sabes, seguirá siendo genial.

y saber qué puedes decir y qué no puedes decir,

Si he estado en...

No importa.

Sabes, no podrían soportarlo.

locos.

He creado un Discord. Quiero hacer un análisis muy profundo

e imparcial.

No intento venderles nada.

Puedo inventarme cualquier cosa.

y vas a

Y entonces no puedo decírtelo. No puedo decírtelo.

Y no iba a hacerlo.

I am perceived as being negative on XRP, and it's just not true. But I do wanna clear some things up and give you some context about what my experience has been on this app and what I think going forward, which is gonna come at the end. So before I go, I'm Scott.

I'm a thirty-five-year market veteran. I run a Discord where I give real-time alerts with, um, the trades that I do in my personal portfolio, growth portfolio, and my income portfolio with cash-secured puts. So let me set this whole thing up. So it's December 12th, uh,

2025, and I was in a house that I'd rented in Asheville, North Carolina, 'cause I was running from mold from the house that I'm in right now. And so I was sitting up there, and I was doing one of-- kind of my

very first inaugural type of TikTok lives. I'd done a little bit of them but not that many. And so I set up there, right? And looking out in the, in the s-- in the, uh... It's, it's kinda snowy. And I, um, I was just having a great time, and all of a sudden something pops up on my feed and says, "Hey, have you heard where XRP

is going by the end of the year?" I'm like, "No, I didn't think anything of it." I have my screen up. It was trading like at a dollar eighty-five. They say, "Yeah, it's going to seven fifty by the end of

the year." I'm like, "What the fuck are you talking about it's going to seven fifty?" He goes, "Yeah, haven't you heard?" "No, I haven't heard." He goes, "Well, a, a certain person has basically, basically

guaranteed that by the end of the year we're gonna see a, an asset that's trading underneath a hundred billion dollars go to over forty-three trillion dollars in less than three weeks, like more than gold, more than, you know, like double the, the, the, the, the market cap of gold." And so I, I was just incredulous. I was like, "No,

there's no fucking way." And sort of went through the whole thing, and people were talking about it. I didn't really think much about it, but I guess the algorithm heard that I was talking about it on a live. So when I got back on TikTok and I was actually scrolling-- And I actually don't do a ton of

scrolling. I'm not a doom scroller on TikTok. Actually, I do my thing and a lot of times just get out of here. But I happened to be doing it, and all of a sudden I

was getting fed this. And I was getting fed this, you know, an influencer and a couple of them, and they were like, "Yeah, it's going to seven fifty by December 31st."

And he's giving all these reasons. Like all this stuff that's gonna come together, and it's gonna be seven fifty, and then all your-- you know, you basically you're in-- you're gonna need to set up

your LLC, and you're gonna need to set up this, um, your cold storage wallet, because, you know, when you're super rich, you're gonna need to have all this handled and everything. I'm think, "This isn't real." Like there's no way.

So I cannot believe this has gotta be... I knew it wasn't AI, but it was like look like it. And so at that time, I'm like just letting it go, just sorta shaking my head and, and the end of the year comes and goes, and then nothing happens.

And then, uh, you know, I'm still doing my TikTok live, sorta, you know, getting my feet wet on this-- in this app and, and, um, and I'm noticing that, uh, through these, these-- you know, there's just all types of excuses.

It didn't come together. Swift didn't do what they were supposed to do. Whatever it is. The Clarity Act wasn't there. It was the Japanese carry trade was gonna unwind, and that was what gonna be the big catalyst. All these different things that were going-- all the, the bank, uh,

partnerships and whatever it was. It was just a whole bunch of stuff that was just thrown out there. And, and, and none of it happened but, you know, it's, it's gonna be

fine. We're gonna do-- You know, it's still gonna be great. And at the time, I had been fielding questions from people. I had been fielding phone calls, and I did Zoom calls with people about people that were absolutely upside down. Have-- They'd, they'd bought like

XRP in the high twos and threes or whatever, and they were just-- Like they'd put the majority of all their assets into this. Like almost all of it. I'm like, "This is brutal. What is going on here?" And so I'm having these calls.

I'm already really like I can't believe someone would be saying what they're saying. I mean, does this person even have a conscience? I mean, it's a deeply unserious person. And I've known this for thirty-five years of being in a highly regulated world and, and knowing what you can say and what you can't say,

and you mislead people like this. It's just one of the worst things that you can do, especially unsuspecting people on TikTok that have no idea, and they're just buying the confidence of someone who's talking about, "Oh, I've been at all these dinners.

If I've been the-- If you were at this dinner I was at and you knew what I heard, you would be..." and then, you know, whatever. "But don't take financial advice from me, you know. Just, you know, you gotta do things on your--

whatever it is, you know. Allocate your own assets however you, you should. Meanwhile, but if you knew what I knew." Which first of all is un-- that's un-- uh, y- you-- it's indefensible,

meaning you can't say that because how are you ever gonna know what's true? And at the same time, he never says, "I'm paid for anything. I'm not, uh-- or I'm not paid by the company," or whatever it is. No one asks because what's happening is people get anchored on the

price. So it doesn't stop there. So I kind of blow it off a little bit, and then I go-- It's probably another month or two, and another video pops up, and there's a new price target.

It's ten fucking thousand dollars a coin, possibly by the end of 2027 or whenever it was. It doesn't matter. And I'm sitting here going, "Not only were they wrong and they didn't just double down, I don't know what the percentage was that they just went higher than

this." And all of a sudden, I'm like, "This is a psyop. This is a psyop." They have psyoped in the XRP army to, to literally be exit liquidity for this billions of dollars that

they're selling into the market all the time because they need the price to stay high, and they're willing-- these influencers or whatever are willing to say whatever it is, and these people won't sell because they're anchored into the

price. They're completely anchored into this price. And now he brings this ten thousand dollar number up here, and it's got-- You know, you don't even under-- It-- That's like five quadrillion. That's like more than four times the global economy times

four. And so essentially what you have here is you now have what looks a lot like a psyop because I want you to understand this. The psyop is this. And I've talked to people about it. They can't sell because what they say is, I can't sell.

I can't bear to think if this were at $10,000 a coin and I sold at $140, where it is, I think, today, what would they do? You know, they couldn't handle it. All they can think of is I cannot sell because it's going to be this price.

This guy tells me. He knows. And then he makes these bets about things where he's betting with someone else and someone goes, well, what's your confidence level? And he goes, 100%.

I mean, who the fuck says that about any investment? That's insane. And then if you keep going further on this, remember, everybody's now planted in this. They can't sell. Then what happens is people get ultra tribal. So if anybody says anything negative towards it, they're defending

their perceived reality of what the future is going to look like. And anybody talks anything negative about it, they just go nuts. So I've had all this vitriol spit at me for like, it's really weird. And this army here of people that are completely convinced that this is going to be the world's

reserve currency or whatever it is going to be, that they now become militant against everything else. And it becomes like this unbelievable manipulation campaign that I just don't think people see.

Now, I'm not here to bash XRP. I'm actually doing some work. I've started a Discord. I want to do an unbiased, very deep dive. And by the way, if you want this research, you can sign up for my email list. I'm putting it out at six o'clock on Wednesday.

You can get the report and then unsubscribe from my list. I'm not trying to sell you anything. I'm trying to give you an objective point of view because I really want to know. But I also know that it is absolutely abhorrent

for someone to make these types of price targets. You've never heard me make price targets on this thing. I never talk about a price target. It's not the right thing to do. I can make anything up. But what it does is it takes unsuspecting people who have no idea about, you know, one of the things they talk about

is, oh, market cap doesn't matter. So the $10,000 number, whatever. That doesn't matter. It's just like this exchange token that whatever. It's going to all the world's cross-border payments are going to blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

And then the next breath, they go, it's going to be $10,000 a coin and you're going to need to take your $50 million and put it in an LLC and a cold storage wallet, which I deal with here. You know, I've got the business there.

And, you know, at the same time, I've been to another dinner. If you knew what I knew, if you knew what I knew, if you knew what I knew, you wouldn't. And then I just can't tell you. I can't tell you.

Well, by the way, if you know something like that, that's inside information and not legal and you're acting on it, right? And then come in telling people all this and luring them in.

Anyway, I think it's absolutely deplorable. I think it's indefensible. I don't know how these people have a conscience and that if they can see what damage they're doing to people here and how that they've loaded their minds into something that is not

100%. Nothing is 100%. There's enormous amount of risk in every one of these crypto assets. And to not say that and come up with this sort of confidence. What's a confidence man? What does that stand for? I don't know. Maybe you can figure this out.

But this gaslighting around this thing has got to stop. And someone's got to call them out on this. And it's neat. And I wasn't going to do it. But finally, after my last live and people just coming at me like crazy, like I'm getting ready to lose my, you know, I've got to get on

board immediately. I'm going to do my work. But you do yours. And please don't fall for this shit.
