Political Speech on Israeli Security

A child in Israel, in Migdal HaEmek and Tel Aviv,

in Rehovot and Bnei Brak. Every woman will be

in danger of a Katyusha striking her on the head,

just as they get bricks from Kiryat Shmona.

And the German chancellor advises me. He knows what

our security is, and I don't.

I was entrusted by the people with safeguarding its security.

This is my sacred duty, and he gives advice to me, to all

Europe and the whole world on how to force us to accept a Palestinian state.

This is an unparalleled act of hostility. And who does it come from?

From the son of a people that— bears responsibility for murdering one-third

of our people. Six million. Something that has not happened since God

created man and man created Satan. He will give us

advice on how to safeguard our security? Will he forsake us, our very blood?

Will he conduct propaganda for a Palestinian state?

So when a man— Mr. Schmidt, Chancellor, well,

forgive me, gentlemen, I came from the fighting

underground. I'm not afraid of anyone. I tell him the

truth to his face. I have no reason whatsoever to be afraid. We

looked death in the eye every day.

So when he says things like that, I won't answer him?

I don't know what happened to my people? I don't know what happened to

my family? I don't know what happened to your sister

and your brother,

Y-y-y-your brother? What, I don't know? After all

this, he'll tell us, "Estab— establish a Palestinian state."

Meaning, put the three and a half million Jews in the Land of Israel

in danger of death and destruction, and I won't answer him?

I answered him properly, my friend. I won't give up

even one word of what I said. And if there are some

fainthearted people who started turning up their noses, their noses will

be crooked. So what?
