My dear compatriots,

with your courage and steadfastness

you have earned the admiration of the world.

Your renewed and magnificent presence in the streets all across Iran on Friday night

was a crushing response to the threats of the treacherous and criminal leader of the

Islamic Republic.

I am certain he has watched these images from his hideout and trembled with fear.

Now, with your decisive answer to the first call,

I am certain that by making our street presence more purposeful and at the same

time cutting off the financial lifelines,

we will bring the Islamic Republic

and its worn- out and brittle repression apparatus

completely to its knees. In this regard, I call on the workers and

employees in

key sectors of the economy, especially transportation and oil, gas, and energy,

to begin the process of a nationwide strike.

I also ask all of you that today and tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday,

the twentieth and twenty- first of Dey,

this time from six p.m., with flags, images, and national symbols

Come out into the streets and reclaim public spaces as your own.

Our goal is no longer just to come into the streets, the goal is to be ready to

seize downtown areas and hold on to them.

To achieve this goal, move toward the more central parts of the cities by as many

different routes as possible

and link up separate crowds.

At the same time, from now on prepare to stay in the streets and

secure the necessary supplies.

To the young members of Iran’s Eternal Guard

and all armed and security forces

who have joined the national cooperation platform, I say:

Slow down and disrupt the machinery of repression more and more,

so that on the appointed day we can completely shut it down. I too am preparing

to return to the homeland

so that at the time of the victory of our national revolution I can stand

beside you,

the great people of Iran.
