We are not a state of revenge,

nor a a state for shows of force.

Rather, we want and strive to build a state

of law and discipline that bears responsibility toward the Syrians,

to ease their suffering which has lasted so long. We are aware and

we are certain of the extent of the injustice inflicted on our people, the Kurds,

and hand in hand, God willing, we will lift the injustice from all Syrians,

because if I come to the truth,

there is not a single Syrian who has not been wronged by this regime.

We have said before and we affirm that the Syrian state is not a state of revenge,

nor a state of shows of force,

but a state built on law and discipline and on shouldering responsibility

and on meeting the needs of all Syrians.

We have said before that the Ayn al- Arab,

Kobani area has a certain special status and is made up of several subdistricts.

We were in the subdistrict

of central Kobani.

And based on the agreement that was reached with

and that was approved by the Syrian state and by all parties,

we are working to implement its provisions,

and based on the leadership’s directives,

we are now setting the appropriate plan for deployment and for activating the

police stations,

merging them and integrating them into the

public system of the Ministry of Interior in Syria.
