Is there paperwork?

With the election tomorrow, even this time, if they have to search for candidates,

How are the TDP people on the other side?

You should also call in leaders, invite them, give them tea or coffee, then get from them

data and note down their financial capacity. How much popular support do they have?

How strong is their caste support? How strong is the party they belong to?

If you note all this down, as soon as you convene the alliance committee,

immediately,

"Here, Machilipatnam is our candidate. Here, Vijayawada is our candidate. Here is Guntur,

our candidate. Rajahmundry is our candidate," they'll say.

What can you say when that very system doesn't exist?
