Message to Enemies in West Africa

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds. Peace and blessings be upon

the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers, his family, companions, and those who

follow his path until the Day of Judgment. To proceed.

Today, we are sending an important message here

to the disbelievers in general.

In Niger, Burkina Faso, and Mali, we tell them:

Prepare yourselves, for the war has begun, by

God's permission. You will see nothing from us but harshness and raids.

One final message to the Commander of the Faithful and Caliph of the Muslims.

Abu Hafs al-Hashimi al-Qurashi, may God preserve and aid him against

the disbelievers. Rejoice, Commander of the Faithful, for you have

soldiers in Sahel Province who do not sleep in the face of humiliation.

By God's grace, we have become strong against the disbelievers.

We strike them wherever we wish. Praise and favor belong to God.

Rest assured about us, Commander of the Faithful and Caliph of the Muslims.

Rejoice, by God's permission, rejoice. For you have soldiers in

Sahel Province who have become strong against

the disbelievers. One final message to the apostate

organization, al-Qaeda: Is it not time for you to repent?

Is it not time for you to return, follow, and emulate the Sunnah of your Prophet?

Peace and blessings be upon him? How many times have we defeated you in battle?

How many of your soldiers have we captured? How many of you have we killed? Is it not time

for this to be a lesson for those among you who take heed?

God, Blessed and Exalted is He, said,

“Only those of understanding take heed.”

And He, Glory be to Him, said, “Tell those who disbelieve: You will be defeated

and driven into Hell, what an evil resting place.”

Those who believe fight in the cause of God, and those who

disbelieve fight in the cause of false gods. How vastly different

we are from those of Al-Qaeda. God

prevails in His affairs, but most people do not know.

May God’s peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad. Praise be to the Lord

of the worlds.
